Review

Really helps keep me motivated

Good app

This app is good to track habit, but unlike the livestrong app (no longer available) you cant wean down to smoke free.

Tis a handy tool

I like seeing how many smokes I have not put in my body also the money saved is nice to see.

It works

21 days smoke free now love how it tells you how much you saved in money and also how many you did not smoke.

Great app

Helpful and a reminder and motivation for this challenge.

Great app

23 days and counting.

Excellent

Helps keep you on track.

Annoying

Pop ups asking you to open app and report you progress and cant reset quit date

Quit smoking

This helps when u r quitting smoking cause every time u put in that u had a smokes then the next day u try harder to lower the smoking down even lower. I tried about 6 other kinds of stuff to quit smoking n this vap cigar is working great so far thank god.

Worked for me so far!

Helps me keep track of my progress easily, Im using champix and its a great addition to the pills.

Good tool

Helping me stay on track... Kind of pricey to upgrade to the full app.

Cant reset. Good for 1st try only

Happy with it when i first started. But fell off the tobacco truck and find i cant reset to start again. I did pay fullprice for the app, so this should be fixed by the developers or made clear before you spend your money. For that reason im gonna have a smoke to de-stress!

Needs tweaks

After 30 days of tracking the graph squishes everything together making it hard to interpret. Landscape function would probably help this.

one flaw..

Its great! Only thing I dont like is that I cant change any start dates, the price of a pack, and how many cigs I smoke a day. You set it up once and you cant change it after that...

Need Improvement

I started using the app approx 2 weeks ago to get an idea of my smoking habits prior to my quit date on September 5. Overall the app works well, however some major refinements are necessary: 1) Ability to modify quit date. I picked September 4 by mistake and now I cant change it 2) A settings tab or menu is required that can include things like quit date, history, cost per pack...etc. The only way to get to the history is to add an entry, then go to history from there, doesnt really make sense 3) Graphs are a little too simplistic and looks dated. Also, there is a bug with the average per day of the week. When I started entries for the second week, all the days ahead basically divided the first week average in half. There should be a more sophisticated formula that would realize that a certain days average remains for all previous week entries until the entry is done for that particular week 4) Abiliy to add custom reasons for smoking a particular cigarette or at least modify the current ones to fit individual needs 5) There seems to be a bug with the awards/achievements, my quit date is not for another 3 weeks, yet it keeps track of ache intents as if I already quit. Things like "Oops, you smoked 10 cigarettes today, and we learn from our mistakes after failures...etc" I can get these if its past the quit date 6) In general, the app could use a more modern look and feel...It just seems to simple and bland for the price point. A nicer dashboard, navigation, buttons, graphs with actual numbers instead of set intervals, more elaborate reports 8) An Apple Watch app should be added as well 9) A quit partner whether another smoker or significant other would greatly improve the chances of success and quitting. A nice feature could be to have sharing of progress with that other person In summary, the app is adequate in tracking the habit and how many cigarettes, but given the advancement in app development, it can use a major overhaul to make it more inviting to use on a daily basis.

Okay.

My main problem with this app is that the charts stop working after 30 days so if you are planning to quit over a 3 month time period for example like I am, this app will not work for you. Also, you have to pay to use the full list of "triggers" and the free ones arent that useful. Also, there should be more achievements to earn to keep you going. So far Livestrong is the best free app I am using right now and it is keeping me going on my 3 month quit plan.

Motivational

Awesome app!

Useful
